These Terms and Conditions will apply when visiting any of our websites and consuming related services. You may not agree with part of these terms, so please refrain from using the services of the company.
BlackLimo Transfer may alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion at any given time. You have to accept changes as you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the changes if you continue using the website or services.
Upon making your booking, you will receive an email informing you that your booking with BlackLimo Transfer has been confirmed. This confirmation is your receipt of the services ordered and is also your contract with us for the service of your choice.
Hourly and per-transfer rates for the services are given out at the time of booking. All prices quoted are dynamic and may be altered before the service delivery but after confirmation, you will be informed. All prices quoted indicate the price per service and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking or a part payment by prior arrangement. The forms of payment we have include credit and debit cards as well as secure forms of online payments.
It is our goal to make all services requested at the given time to be provided. However, in cases of force majeure including but not limited to extreme weather or technical glitches, BlackLimo Transfer can unilaterally change or terminate services. You will be informed immediately, and other arrangements or reimbursements made if needed.
For the bookings being made, you have the responsibility of providing correct and accurate personal information on the pickup and the drop-off points. This results in either of the two scenarios: a reduction of the quality of service offered or the inclusion of hidden fees within the service provision.
Users of our services will be required to act respectably and legally. If a passenger damages any accessory in the vehicle he or she will be charged for the replacements of the damages done.
The important thing is that customers have to get into the booked vehicle at the specified pickup point at the right time. Any no-show appointment which is an absence from a scheduled appointment or session within the first 15 minutes without any prior notice, will not be entitled to any refunds and for the airport pick-ups 1 hour waiting time is granted for the passengers.
BlackLimo Transfer shall not be liable for any loss of service delivery that results from conditions including but not limited to; traffic jams, bad weather and mechanical failure on cars.
We try hard to minimize your risk to the extent possible when using our service however we will not accept liability for lost or stolen items or damaged in the trip in our car.

Insurance coverage for passengers in the case scenario of an accident is available in all BlackLimo Transfer cars. However, we have limited our liability to the cost of the insurance policy agreed upon with the insurance firm.
BlackLimo Transfer will accept no responsibility for delays, cancellations or failure in the provision of ordered services owing to circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control such as force majeure or events beyond the company’s control such as strikes, lock-outs, riots, disease outbreaks or governmental actions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the country of Switzerland. Any controversies, claims, disputes and differences of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with these terms shall be settled by the courts of Switzerland alone.
Any reservations made with Black Limo Transfer have to be paid up front means you have to pay in advance online. Please keep in mind that any cancellation done by the client/customer within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service cannot be refunded. This means that if you are making any booking during the period of 48 hours, you will not get back the amount that you paid. Prior cancellations less than 48 hours can be subject to regular cancellation as they apply.
A ride will be regarded as a no-show when the customer or their guest does not show up at the scheduled pickup location within 30 minutes of the reported pickup time or has failed to issue their cancellation. In such cases, the entire price of the ride will be charged, but no additional waiting charges will be applied.
In case of airport or train station pickup, a ride is treated as a no-show when the passenger fails to arrive at the pickup location within 45 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and has not cancelled. These exceptions only apply to delays of the flight or the train, and early arrival. In these situations, the pre-planned pickup time will automatically be modified based on the disparity between the pre-agreed pickup time and the pre-planned arrival time. In case the passenger does not show within the re-allocated 60-minute window, this will be counted as a no-show.
Hourly bookings that are cancelled 72 hours or more ahead of the scheduled take-off are refunded 100% of the booking. Cancellations within the period of 72-48 hours of departure get a 50% refund. Cancellations made within the window of 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded. Any cancellations have to be done solely by use of the cancel button on our site and you can also cancel your transfer via mail.
Your transfer will be termed as a no-show when you do not show up at the pickup location within the time slot as agreed upon. The entire amount of your transfer is payable in the no-show cases
